The tour began in Los Angeles on August 31, 2025, marking the 45th anniversary of the Solidarity movement and Poland’s Day of Solidarity and Freedom. From there, Walesa will visit 27 more cities across the U.S. and Canada, sharing his perspectives on peace, leadership and the challenges facing the world today.
Walesa, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, shared his personal insights and his prescription for the future. He told his stories of defiance, resilience and leadership – stories that prove change is possible when people stand together.
