When The Smithereens played at the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, NJ in July 2017, no one knew it would be the last time lead singer Pat DiNizio would play there. The front man of this great Jersey band passed away in December of that year, leaving tens of thousand of fans from around the  world with a big void. Their music and Pat’s memory will live on forever.
