Tesla with Sebastian Bach-Hardrock -Atlantic City, NJ

Tesla with Sebastian Bach Hardrock Atlantic City 1-24-26

Two dominant 80s Rock Bands landed in Atlantic City, New Jersey performing at the Hard Rock this past weekend- Sebastian Bach of Skid Row and Tesla.

Sebastian opened the night out on his “Party Never Ends Tour,” bringing all of the legendary Skid Row tunes, and his killer new solo album. His 12 song setlist was amazing.
Opening with his killer song of his latest album, “What do I got to loose?” set the tone for the rest of his set. Bach’s band includes his son on drums, is just absolutely incredible. Tight, high energy and sounded like they have been a band for decades. Brody DeRozie on guitar is just friggin awesome. Just an all around great start of the evening.
It’s been years since Tesla last played NJ. They are on their “Still keepin’ it Real” Tour. Their 17 song setlist was a dream for me and their fans. They played hits from some of their legendary albums.
Jeff Keith’s iconic voice was simply stunning-from the first note to his last just was outstanding. Frank Hannon is one of my all time favorite guitar players and I can watch him play all day and night. His partner, Dave Rude on the other side of the stage is just phenomenal. He compliments Frank so well. Just two heavy hitters on guitar. A rock person’s dream night with those two.
Brian Wheat on Bass and Steve Brown on drums bring the iconic Tesla sound to life. Steve has been a welcomed addition to the band.
Sebastian jumped on stage with Tesla for the song “Signs”. A great way to end the night.
The boys added one of my favorite songs to the setlist, “Caught in a Dream”. That is what it felt like for an hour and a half, a Dream!
Thanks Sebastian, thanks Tesla. For a glorious night of rock. “Music is life” It brings back those special memories, moments in all of our lives. Those two bands did just that and made new ones in Jersey!! 🤘
