Rock the Night to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis fundrasier

The 9th Rock the Night to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis fundrasier took place at the Highline Ballroom and everyone there did just that — they rocked the night, all while raising tens of thousands of dollars to find a cure for Crohn’s and Colitis.  Musicians  Jesse Malin and Trapper Schoepp had everyone up on their feet singing and dancing. Both musicians hopped off the stage to interact with their audience, running all over the venue getting up close and personal while standing on tables and chairs, having the audience cheer as loud as if they were performing in front of 80,000 people in a stadium. Comedians Bill Burr and Dean Delray had everyone laughing uncontrollably with their hysterical jokes and stories. The silent auction raised even more funds with photos, trips, concerts, jewelry and more. Mixed in with food, drinks, and an inspirational evening, the audience learned first hand from the family and caregivers just how awful Crohn’s and Colitis is for everyone.

Funds raised at the event support research that is leading the way to new treatments and one day to a cure.
