Frank Turner, Matt Nasir, and Ben Dawson are on the road for a short tour with their hardcore punk trio.
It was lighthearted but loud and the polar opposite of a cathartic Sleeping Souls show. Frank was the perfect punk frontman-leaping, screaming, and spitting appropriately throughout.
Leading off with a Christmas carol and including a revved up cover of Madonna’s , “Like a Prayer”, it showed that Frank is versatile AND captivating no matter what he sings…he’s like a multi-sport athlete.
Bo Jackson or Deion Sanders anyone? (FYI only seven people have played in both the NFL and MLB since 1970).
