Lowest of the Low is a Canadian sensation, spanning over a quarter century and until recent years held the sales record for Independent releases (1991’s Shakespeare My Butt, an album many Torontonians of my vintage know note-for-note).
They’ve just wrapped up a tour for their latest release, Agitpop with a pair of underplays at hometown clubs they’ve played many times in the past.
