Counting Crows- Stone Pony Summer Stage -Asbury Park, NJ

Counting Crows landed in New Jersey on Saturday August 6 and they played the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park. An outdoor venue at the Jersey Shore-it was a perfect summer night for music.
The Crows played a 19 song set list hat included some of the biggest hits, along with 4 new tunes from their last album “Butter Miracle Suite One”
The boys were in great spirts and it showed. The music sounded amazing. Adam said the last time they played there was super bowl Sunday in 1994. It was one of the first gigs as a band away from home. He didn’t say who won, and the boys drank a little too much that night.
There is a lyric in the song “Long December” that I truly love and have tattooed on my arm. It reads “I can’t remember all the times I tried to tell myself to hold on to these moments as they pass.”

I won’t forget last night, thanks boys!!
