Bryan Adams -So Happy it Hurts Tour

Prudential Center -Newark NJ, 3-16-24

Bryan Adams bought his band to the Prudential Center for the final stop of his US tour. The “So Happy it Hurts” tour has been going strong for the last couple years, but the curtain call came Saturday in Newark New Jersey.
Bryan and the boys played a ridiculous 29 song set list. Hit after hit for over two hours-he played songs spanning his whole career. He did a beautiful tribute to Tina Turner who played on his song “It’s Only Love” in the middle of the song it went into Tina’s song “Simply the Best.” It was awesome to hear.
Bryan also paid tribute to his long time friend/co-writer for over 40 years, Jim Vallance who was in the audience. He also mentioned his mom whose birthday was days later. Again, his story telling was brilliant. The story lead into the song “straight from the heart” It was a very special moment.
On the way home my brother said something to me. He said “Bryan Never Disappoints. “He is so right. Been seeing Bryan live for over 30 years, and He is “Simply the Best”!!
