Billy Joel

Billy Joel has said that he will play the storied Madison Square Garden in New York City once a month until people no longer want to come.  Well judging by the sold out crowds (and he has sold out the Garden EVERY TIME he’s performed there!), he will be playing once a month until the end of time.  These franchise shows are 2-3 hours of pure joy; with 20 thousand plus singing every word of every song.  These are the songs that defined the lives of those in attendance, with 19 Number hits in Joel’s catalog, it is not hard to understand why.  And although a little bit slower moving around stage than the Piano Man of the 1970’s, this Grammy award winner is still visibly savoring each moment in the spotlight.  You will be guaranteed to hear NY State of Mind, Scenes From an Italian Restaurant, Anthony’s Songs, It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me and of Course his trade mark Piano Man.  For any fan of American Rock and Roll, this is a MUST SEE!  When all Music Halls have fallen to ashes and rust, Billy will still be holding residence at “The World’s Most Famous Arena.”
