Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert on Good Morning America in Central Park
June 28, 2019

It was a gorgeous day for a party in the park! Today was the 50th Anniversary for the Stonewall uprising and this was the perfect way to kick off the weekend for World Pride in NYC. Adam Lambert heated up the stage for GMA’s Summer Concert Series at Rumsey Playfield in New York City and told the crowd that the best way to celebrate Pride is to be “loud and proud!” Lambert was decked out in a gorgeous purple Edward Sexton suit, silver heels and jewelry, with a sprinkling of glitter.

The crowd squealed with excitement as Lambert sang two new singles from his upcoming album, “Velvet”—“New Eyes” and “Comin in Hot”. They both have a smooth 70s style funk that he delivers with his sexy soulful style. He also sang “Whataya Want From Me,” as well two Queen songs, “I Want to Break Free” and “Another One Bites the Dust”.

This mini-live concert was just a small taste of what is to come. With Lambert’s new studio album on the horizon, he is bound to soar again after watching this performance!
